Refund Policy

On line lessons

I'm not here to argue with you about getting your money back.  I don't think that you're going to be unhappy with my genuine interest in making you a better golfer.  However we all know sometimes life can be a challenge and so I ask that when you purchase an online lesson that you use it within six months.  If you haven't used your online lesson within 6 months I'll be so kind as to refund your money within the next 6 months as soon as i recieve your request. (3-5days)   After one year of purchase I think it's fair to say that you aren't that interested in getting anything, so please use it!

Refund Policy - the basics

When you'd like to receive a refund.  Just send me your information which should include all your purchase information, along with a proof of ID copy which should be government issued.  Send to my email: Dbakyta@PGA.COM

 Refund Policy For Online Programs

Once you purchase an online program other than online lessons or in person lessons, you have two weeks to request a refund.  I feel this is a fair amount of time to review the program and participate in the activities.  If you're being honest, you know they will be helping you.  However I'm ok with a full refund within two weeks of purchase date.  Again just send me your full purchase information along with a copy of your government issue ID and you'll get a full refund within 3-5 days.  ( Banking transit may add days to this but i'll have administration take care of it).
